THE BENEFITS FOR YOU AS AN OWNER?
We operate with a flexible rental formula that ensures optimal occupancy of the vacation home:
- Stays from 3 nights, 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 week(s) or more: arrival on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (arrival on Wednesday and Sunday is possible on exception).
- A warm welcome for tenants at the local ERA SERVIMO HOLIDAYS office. Tenants can pick up the keys from 4 PM and must return them by 10 AM on the last day.
- All holiday homes are also offered by external partners. Advertising and commissions are not charged to you.
- You will receive a detailed statement twice a year, which you can also view in your My Servimo Account. You can also request an advance payment during the year.
- Available daily for questions or problems for the tenants.
RENTAL SERVICE
Before the tenant's arrival, our team ensures a thorough check to provide you with complete peace of mind:
- Pre-check quality control: guaranteeing cleanliness and, if necessary, a refresh of the property.
- Recording gas and electricity meter readings. Turning on electricity, heating, refrigerator, and freezer.
- Checking digital TV and WIFI.
AFTER-RENTAL SERVICE ASSURED
After the tenant's departure, a staff member will inspect the vacation home for any damages. Subsequently, the vacation home will be cleaned by an external company. No inventory is conducted before or after rental. Based on our experience, if you, as the owner, leave an inventory visibly in the vacation home, tenants usually conduct this check spontaneously.
INTERNAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE
We also offer an internal maintenance service. A person can intervene at any time to resolve most issues. Our emergency service operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so we are always available if needed.
